Step One - Design Service

Our free, no-obligation kitchen and bathroom design service begins with a home-visit where we  obtain precise measurements and discuss your wish list so that we can ensure that we create an inspiring design that is relevant to you and your lifestyle. We are also happy to work from architectural plans if you are having a new extension built or are developing a brand new property.

We will then invite you back into our design studio, where over a cup of coffee, we will present you with an initial kitchen or bathroom design. We strongly believe that although we are here to help, guide and inspire you; we feel that it is your kitchen or bathroom and we fully encourage your input into the design.  

We use the latest in 3D design software, which will allow us to bring your design to life - enabling you to fully visualise your new kitchen or bathroom space before any works take place

Step Two - Pre Installation Survey

Once you are happy with all aspects of the kitchen or bathroom design and have proceeded to an order, our Project Manager and the Designer will contact you to arrange a site visit. On this visit, we will check all the final specifications of the project with you - including the electrics, plumbing and any gas works that may need to be undertaken.

The logistics of the project will also be discussed regarding obvious (but sometimes overlooked) elements of the project - such as the most convenient location within your home to store your newly delivered kitchen or bathroom, whilst the works are being undertaken. Also, any special requirements or arrangements that you may have can be discussed for example regarding your pets or property accesses . This all helps to ensure a smooth, efficient and professional installation service for you.

Step Three - Installation

One of the most important parts of the whole process is the quality of the workmanship for your new kitchen or bathroom. We offer a full installation and project management service - ensuring strong communication between all members of our fully qualified and experienced installation and design team. 

We strongly believe that we are guests within your home, and we will treat it with the utmost respect to ensure that all members of our installation team are polite and courteous, as well as being clean and tidy.

We are able to undertake all aspects of works related to the installation of your new kitchen or bathroom - including the removal of internal walls, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling, under floor heating and much more.

Step Four - Completion & After Sales Support

We are proud of each and every one of our projects that we have designed and installed. When your new kitchen or bathroom project has been completed, our support and personal service will continue.
