Kitchen Designer -

Due to continued growth, Euphoria Kitchens who specialise in the design, supply and installation of luxury British and German kitchens, are looking for an experienced kitchen designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be working from the kitchen showroom based in Walberton, West Sussex (Between Chichester and Arundel).

The preferred candidate must be an enthusiastic and positive person with a keen interest in home design. The candidate must be self-motivated and enjoy interacting with clients. They must be able to offer an excellent customer experience by using their good product knowledge and design flair.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Meeting clients in the showroom to demonstrate products and providing innovative solutions to their new kitchen requirements

  • Carrying out home surveys to take measurements and to discuss the client’s wish lists

  • Designing kitchens and presenting plans and ideas to the client

  • Providing clients with an excellent experience through product knowledge and customer service before, during and after the sale.

  • Meeting monthly sales targets

  • Being a positive and proactive member of the team and contributing ideas and experiences towards the continuous growth and improvement of the business.

The Candidate must have:

  • 2 years’ kitchen sales/design experience

  • UK driving licence and own transport (business mileage will be reimbursed)

Preferred Candidate may have:

  • Experience using Winner Design and EQ or similar design software (although training will be provided)

The successful candidate must be:

  • Self-motivated, with good time-management.

  • Being committed to the role and delivering on objectives/deadlines

  • Positive attitude at work, with clients and co-workers.

  • Able to work under pressure and be able to prioritize deadlines.

Job Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. (Day off in the week when working the Saturday)

Salary: Basic plus uncapped commission. OTE £28K - £38K
